Returns/Exchanges: Policies & Procedures
Returns and exchanges are accepted on applicable merchandise provided they are received within ten (10) days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. Handbags and accessories must be returned with original dust bag and packaging included. Shoes and sandals must be returned with original shoebox in unworn condition. Damaged items will not be accepted for return and will be subsequently sent back to the customer.
Returns may be subject to a $10 restocking fee.
Exchanges are available on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges may only be made for an item of equal or greater value. Exchanges are not subject to restocking fee.
Items marked Final Sale are ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit regardless of condition. All items purchased within the Sale dropdown menu of MarieTurnor.com or within any seasonal sale promotions on MarieTurnor.com are always considered Final Sale.
International and expedited shipping charges outside of the complimentary shipping offered on MarieTurnor.com are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final amount of applicable returns. Likewise, custom duties and import taxes on international orders are non-refundable – please contact local customs bureau directly for alternative solutions.
Authentic Marie Turnor merchandise purchased through external stockists is not eligible for return through MarieTurnor.com unless otherwise noted, please contact retailer directly for additional information.
Digital displays on computer monitors and mobile devices have inherent variances that cannot always be accounted for; therefore we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors or textures displayed on MarieTurnor.com
