Shipping: Information & Services
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally be shipped by the next following business day. Holidays may affect shipment times.
Standard Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping is offered at a standard rate of $6.99 for all orders within the United States.
Oversized orders that require additional handling and processing will be charged a Heavy Goods standard shipping rate of $15.99 for orders within the United States.
Our Standard Domestic Shipping is processed through the U.S. Postal Service, with an average delivery window of 3-5 business days. Tracking information will be provided to you when your order is processed, please allow up to 24 hours to update.
Expedited Shipping Options
Expedited shipping options are available for USA orders. Cost varies depending on destination and delivery window, please contact shop@marieturnor.com prior to ordering to inquire.
Standard International Shipping
International shipping is available to most major destinations at an additional cost, depending on location. Single product orders generally ship at a rate of $39, while larger/heavier packages have an international shipping rate of $59.
International orders are shipped using DHL and will require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery windows vary depending on location - a tracking number will be provided to you when your order is processed. Most DHL shipments take 2-4 days.
Please note that additional customs and duties may apply upon pickup, of which Marie Turnor assumes no responsibility for.
Returns/Exchanges: Policies & Procedures
Returns and exchanges are accepted on applicable merchandise provided they are received within ten (10) days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. Handbags and accessories must be returned with original dust bag and packaging included. Shoes and sandals must be returned with original shoebox in unworn condition. Damaged items will not be accepted for return and will be subsequently sent back to the customer.
Returns may be subject to a $10 restocking fee.
Exchanges are available on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges may only be made for an item of equal or greater value. Exchanges are not subject to restocking fee.
Items marked Final Sale are ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit regardless of condition. All items purchased within the Sale dropdown menu of MarieTurnor.com, items listed with reduced price from "Compare At" pricing, or items listed within any seasonal sale promotions on MarieTurnor.com are always considered Final Sale.
International and expedited shipping charges outside of the complimentary shipping offered on MarieTurnor.com are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final amount of applicable returns. Likewise, custom duties and import taxes on international orders are non-refundable – please contact local customs bureau directly for alternative solutions.
Authentic Marie Turnor merchandise purchased through external stockists is not eligible for return through MarieTurnor.com unless otherwise noted, please contact retailer directly for additional information.
Digital displays on computer monitors and mobile devices have inherent variances that cannot always be accounted for; therefore we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors or textures displayed on MarieTurnor.com
